User Journey Map
The ecosystem journey across multiple user experiences was the foundation for this design. My user journey was built as a choose-your-own-adventure - where the user can start on the telescope, mobile, or tablet experience as they wish.
Carefully curating the expected user flow, I focused on labeling the products/interface in relation to the expected user experince. If the user starts on the telescope, they can use conversational AI to take over the functions of the telescope. If the user starts on mobile, they can open controls to start viewing the sky. If they start on their tablet, they can enter a telescope view to get another perspective on the sky.
Wherever the users choose to begin, I built a thorough and accurate user flow for each product and the cross-functional value in each experience. With a notification strategy, system flows, and cohesive design, I built the foundation for each wireframe to support my design process.
